Dear Milagros.
Product works well. I take 5ml internally daily, helps with anxiety and stress. I also sleep better at night. I have used as topical message oil as well and have experienced significant relief from hip pain as well as tennis elbow. I recommend product and am myself going to continue using it as It works well.
